Durlon® RTJ Style BX gaskets are pressure-energized ring-type joints designed for API 6A Type BX flanges in extremely high-pressure applications, often exceeding 5,000 PSI. Their unique design includes a pressure passage hole to equalize internal pressure, enhancing seal reliability under load. Common in wellhead, subsea, and high-pressure pipeline systems.
